Cancellation Policy

The Foundation for Success Program is a 4-week, in-person group class that builds focus, obedience, and communication between dogs and owners. Classes meet once weekly for 60 minutes over four consecutive weeks. Open to dogs 6+ months, vaccinated, non-aggressive, and suitable for group settings. Total enrollment: $250 ($200 non-refundable tuition + $50 refundable Commitment Deposit). Deposit refunded only after completing all 4 sessions; missed or incomplete attendance forfeits it. Spots are limited and confirmed after full payment. You may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full $250 refund. After 48 hours, all payments are final and non-refundable. Alpha K9 Academy may reschedule for illness, weather, or facility issues; a make-up class will be offered, not a refund. Attend all 4 sessions to qualify for deposit refund. Missed classes cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled. Arrive 15–20 minutes early so your dog can adjust. Dogs must stay leashed, under control, and respectful toward others. Aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund. Handlers must follow trainer direction at all times. Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and free of contagious illness. Sick dogs or females in heat may not attend. Handlers must clean up after their dogs and maintain a safe environment. Alpha K9 Academy and Waggn’ Clubhouse provide professional guidance; success depends on owner consistency and follow-through. No specific results or behavioral guarantees are expressed or implied. Client accepts all risks of dog training, including bites, scratches, injury, illness, or property damage. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha K9 Academy, Waggn’ Clubhouse, their owners, trainers, contractors, assistants, volunteers, and affiliates from all claims or damages arising from participation. Alpha K9 Academy is not liable for delays or cancellations beyond its control (weather, illness, or emergencies). Classes may be rescheduled but not refunded. By participating, client releases Alpha K9 Academy, Waggn’ Clubhouse, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage during training, except in cases of gross negligence under New Jersey law. Client grants permission for photos or videos for marketing or education without personal identifiers. By paying, client agrees to all terms, including the non-refundable $200 tuition, 48-hour refund window, and early arrival requirement.
